Excellent story! But unlike some of you other characters I felt no sympathy for the fly.
He had to have known it was coming.
The condemned man ate a healthy breakfast or whatever meal it was.

I always find that the second that newspaper comes out the fly disappears - I reckon they learn to run away from certain items when they are in fly school :)
