It was him or her, she couldn’t have both.

very serious and a very good 55! if a man ever gave me an ultimatum regarding having a child, as the song says, 'he'll have to go'
p.s. mine is up as well
Amazing, beautiful post. I'm so long-winded I'm trying to imagine 55 words, but I'm thinkin' honey!
Hi! Bindi asked me to stop by and see the magic of my award and I was not disappointed. Wow. Thanks and thanks too to all your friends. What amazing comments. I left comments everywhere! I'm so impressed with your blog and your friends. Why didn't I stop by sooner? As I said in one of your previous posts, now that I'm here, I'm not leaving! What a wonderful place.
We'll chat soon. I'll be back. ;)

I saw Suze's comment Bindi, thanks for sending her over. I hope you have an awesome weekend. xx
Great story! What a neat idea for a weekly meme.
Very good story. Not easy I shouldn't think.
Most excellent use of 55 words .. me, I belong to the Verbose Posters Assoc.
Thank you for stopping by .. I was lucky to be able to say goodbye, to be with her when she passed.

Alas, I tend to be ‘wordy’ more often than not, and admire your ability to write these brief (yet totally purposeful) illustrated pieces each Friday. Well done! I’ve tried to ‘limit’ my ‘verbosity’ at Sacred Ruminations participating in two ‘poetry challenges’ with limited word counts today … and I’ve added the challenge of ‘haiku’ since it’s a form I love to write in. My Haiku Friday at Small Reflections is a ‘wordy’ as my T-13 there this week ;--)
Hugs and blessings,
Thanks Tammy, you thinking of joining in?
Not easy no, Maggie but good fun!
Thankyou Daryl and I'm so glad you were able to say goodbye. x
I'm wordy too Storyteller so you can imagine how difficult it is for me to condense everything. :(
Another one that got me right here...(pointing to my stomach!)......Great 55, as usual...
Peace
Now I wasn't expecting that at all. Very well done - as always!!
This is so close to something that happened to me it gave me chills!
Excellent job!!

Hello "A": Great job on the 55. I like her decision. Mine is up also. Good to see your 55.
Donnetta
I always expect the unexpected from you akelamalu. and you never disappoint me!
Yet another great story. Your imagination and how you weave the story in only 55 words is evidence of your talent. You manage to build suspense even into this.
Brilliant. Thanks for all your encouragement at mine.
I'm always amazed at your Friday Fiction....

I don't know how you do it. What a big story in just 55 words.
no need to be afraid, sharing your love will not halve it but only redouble it ! :)
Ake, Thank you for your prayers and reiki for me, I feel quite healed , but not all in all( which of course I will soon, God Willing).
Please tell queenie that I mis her an d that she and her mom are in my prayers & thoughts
Mine is up too (btwn)
ps> to fit your playlist in your side bar, just go to the html code in your link and change the size of width to 220.
I love this one! I would've made the same choice. Men who think they can outweigh something so significant deserve to be surprised/disappointed.

I hope it didn't hurt Odat? :(

Good to hear you're feeling better Mona and thanks. I tried changing the width on the playlist but it doesn't seem to have made any difference. :(
