Succinctly Yours - A Microfiction Meme #35

Grandma at Grandma's Goulash provides a picture and a word prompt for this Microfiction Meme and the rules are use the photo as inspiration for a story of 140 characters OR 140 words.

Want more challenge? Use the word of the week in your story. This part is optional.

This week's word is MEMORIES here's the picture and my offering using the picture and word of the week  in 140 characters, including spaces and punctuation.

Seeing that dinosaur has made me think that

it could bring back so many memories

if only I hadn’t had far too many of those glasses of bubbly!

Your thoughts made me sad a little. A lot of possibilities as well as meomorie may have been lost by little hands who left the dino there. A very deep story.

Nice lines, Akelamalu.
Living on the edge when we drink is the name of the game. Fall off and the fun is over. Guess the fun is in the climbing and knowing when to stop or slow. (I haven't been drinking like that for many years, just social now.)

Since I turned 50 I don't need bubbly to lose my memory...it is just naturally gone! LOL

Sometimes it's a good thing that memories of last night's carousing are erased! Clever, humorous take on this week's picture.

I'm so old you would think I'd remember actual dinosaurs from my childhood, but maybe you have the explanation here: too much bubbly in young adulthood erased all memories of my prehistoric existence!
Good one!

Ah, save the memories for another day. You sound far too relaxed to bother at the moment.

Your blog is very stunning. Forgetaboutit! I have problems remembering without the bubbly. Not sure if it is menapausal hormones or early dementia. Teehee. Cheers!!
