Succinctly Yours - A Microfiction Meme # 3

Grandma at Grandma's Goulash provides a picture and a word prompt for this Microfiction Meme and the rules are use the photo as inspiration for a story of 140 characters OR 140 words.

Want more challenge? Use the word of the week in your story. This part is optional.

This week's word is PROCRASTINATEand here's the picture and my offering using both the picture and the word in 140 characters, including spaces and punctuation.

With what he was carrying he couldn’t afford to procrastinate he had to get through security as soon as possible and get out of the airport.

Otherwise.... oh dear, I'm thinking all sorts of horrible things that he might be carrying in that case

I once made the mistake of saying 'yes' when I was asked whether anyone had asked me to take something through customs for them. It was a box of chocolates for crying out loud - but it was carefully examined and X-rayed before being handed back to me.

Now THAT was procrastination - took forever to get through to airside.

This sounds like it would be a great line by Jack Bauer in Twenty-Four. Too bad it ended...maybe you can start it up again!

I don't know what he's carrying, but for safety's sake I'm getting as far away from him as quickly as possible - unless it's money, or chocolate or... ~ Calico Contemplations

I hope he had lots of yummy heroin on him. I'd have looked after that suicase for him, just as long as he got it through customs for me!

Anyway I'm doing a course for Longterm Drug Users tomorrow that's sposed to be really really good so I'm really looking forward to it.

Everyone who teaches the course cleaned up VIA that course, so the results speak for themselves.

Hmm, so all sorts of reasons as to why he had to get through security so fast are now running through my head. Knowing you, most of them are of the nefarious type!
