Friday 55 Flash Fiction #206 Dreams come true....

LA. to San Francisco and all points inbetween.

Grand Canyon, Vegas, Sacramento, Yosemite, and more.

Sights, sounds of the Golden West, places on TV,

were very far away, to my friends and me.

All the places I dreamed of seeing, never thinking that I would.

Now the dream's come true, I didn't think it could.

Friday 55 Flash Fiction is brought to you by G-man (Mr Knowitall). The idea is you write a story in exactly 55 words. If you want to take part pop over and let G-man know when you've posted your 55.

Thanks Dumdad :)

We went to some impressive places AJ ;)

We still have an extensive list of place we want to see Brian, I just hope we run out of money before we run out of time! Travelling with your love is the best way to see places. :)

We are planning the east coast for next fall, to see the fall colors. I have done the west time after time but not the east coast. I am afraid of the thought of Egypt at this time but what an adventure.

Indeed there is Daryl!

The East Coast is on our to do list Bankerchick. We have been to Egypt twice before, different places to where we are going this time. Apart from the Canary Islands it's about the only place we can get decent weather in December.

I'm glad you got to see and enjoy the special wonders of our western US. I've lived in the west my entire life, so it's a special place to me.

Cheers!

Have you ever been to Malta?

It's the most arid place I've ever been, apart from a train-ride through the Deccan Plateau in the middle of Southern India, which was like a train-ride across the light side of the moon... I so wish I could have got out and had a walk around.

I've been across what English people would call "desert" in Morocco, but there were little shoots of green, enough to feed a goat....
