Friday 55 Flash Fiction #168 Boring......

This is boring, why did I let her persuade me to do it?

Repetitive - listen, check, mark, listen, check, mark.

Stupid cliches, monotonous, unstimulating.

What am I doing here?

Wait, this could be it....

What was that?

What did he say?

Oh, it's me, me, over here....

I won the jackpot....

BINGO, HOUSE, LOTTO, HERE!

Friday 55 Flash Fiction is brought to you by G-man (Mr Knowitall). The idea is you write a story in exactly 55 words. If you want to take part pop over and let G-man know when you've posted your 55.

Oh congratulations! It's been ages since I played bingo and that brought back some memories.

I told a true story this week.

Nice one and, yes, you caught me out again!
I only went to bingo once and went through all those stages.... unfortunately I didn't win so I didn't go back again ;O)

My grandmother did church bingo and I clearly remember her saying the same things every night she came home after her best friend dropped her off.

She did win the jackpot once, a toaster.

We have a winner here!

It was a couple of weeks ago actually AJ and only £30 but hey it's a win! :)

I only play when we go to our local club because you have to be quiet whilst everyone else is playing and it's only a couple of games Valerie. It's also nice to win occasionally.

A toaster for a jackpot prize Beach, that's novel! LOL

We did Dumdad ;)

You've never had a Bingo win Bee? Oh that's a shame. x

Indeed it does Brian :)

That's great Crystal Jigsaw x

Thanks Pam. I quite like a game of Bingo occasionally too.

Bingo can be quite exciting, especially when you're waiting for just ONE number Ron!

Good morning darling! :) (at least it's morning here. ;) ) I thought it was some guy having to hold his wife's purse at the store while she tried on clothes!! Bingo is MUCH better. I've never played real bingo, but I once won a significant amount on a Bingo Scratch off lotto ticket. I used it to buy Christmas presents.

How funny, reminds me of a holiday I was on when it rained and we played bingo. I won the top prize. We were on a river cruise on the Moselle Valley and Rhine. The prize? A huge tiger and yes, I brought it all the way back to England and it has pride of place watching out of the main sitting room window!

I'll not be around for a bit as away on holiday for 2 weeks (Cruise to Norwegian Fjords) and on return have 2 weeks to pack up the house and move - we just hope on our return we have a house to move to as that isn't definite! Wish me luck xxx
