Succinctly Yours - A Mictrofiction Meme #53

Grandma at Grandma's Goulash provides a picture and a word prompt for this Microfiction Meme and the rules are use the photo as inspiration for a story of 140 characters OR 140 words.

Want more challenge? Use the word of the week in your story. This part is optional.

This week's word is CONQUER here's the picture and my offering, using the picture and word of the week  in 140 characters, including spaces and punctuation.

Three men in a boat, will they conquer their fear of water and sharks?

"Come in boat number 9, your time is up!" called the boat hire man.

Very good! You really have a feel for microfiction, this is a real little story despite its tiny length!

Wonderful, A.K. I'm with Anthony's pun about those human sharks. They always overcharge.

My comment,[:)}, have them put in another quarter for some more time.

Well gee, I guess that's one way to conquer a fear, eh??

I was anticipating three panic attacks until I read the 2nd line. You and Anthony made a great duo on this one. :)

Great job! Sitting in a small boat can be interesting when there are things like sharks and alligators around.
