Leave of absence......

I'm taking leave of absence from here for a few days.

We're off to London on Friday until next Monday, so there will be no 55 Flash Fiction this week or Microfiction Monday.

Our trip to London includes a tour around Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament and a trip on the London Eye.   I'll have my trusty camera with me, so will be able to show you what we get up to.    The weather here is just beautiful at the moment and the forecast is good into the weekend, so fingers crossed we won't need an umbrella.

Thankyou all for your good wishes for my son - he's feeling much better now and hopefully will continue to improve.

I'll be around reading until Thursday evening, we set off on our travels at 7.15 a.m. on Friday morning.    I'll catch up with you all on Tuesday next week, so behave!

Have a great weekend, I know I will.

  24. I've only spent one day in London, but I LOVED it!! Nice they speak english there so I could get the full benefit of what that rocking town offers. (I had just come from Germany, and my German knowledge is very very scant.) :)

So glad your boy is better.

    Take good care!!
