Friday 55 Flash Fiction #133 A new life......

The promise of a job and a better life was a fantastic opportunity,

Especially for a poor, young country girl.

She told her friends about her prospective new life abroad, they were envious.

Her mother had taken the advance on her wages and waved her off....

to a life of prostitution in a foreign country.

Friday 55 Flash Fiction is brought to you by G-man (Mr Knowitall). The idea is you write a story in exactly 55 words. If you want to take part pop over and let G-man know when you've posted your 55.
