Friday 55 Flash Fiction #185 Interview....

Everything that could go wrong had gone wrong.

Late for work, missed the bus, laddered tights, heavy rain.

Why today of all days?

She needed this job, she had been lucky to get an interview.

She couldn’t believe it when he said “The job’s yours if you want it!”

Who said Friday 13th was unlucky?

Friday 55 Flash Fiction is brought to you by G-man (Mr Knowitall). The idea is you write a story in exactly 55 words. If you want to take part pop over and let G-man know when you've posted your 55.

  7. Sometimes when things go wrong you just think 'what the hell?' and are more relaxed.

  8. Agreed! Friday the 13th can be just as lucky as the next day depending on what you make of it!

We've got three of them on the calendar for this year so let's hope they're all lucky ones!
