It felt strange knowing he was being watched.

knowing the camera would be recording his every move.
He'd volunteered for the trial,
hopefully it would help keep his marriage together.

I was certain I would never be able to sleep at the sleep disorder clinic, either, and I was right. The nurse kept waking me up to scold me for removing the heart monitor in my sleep!

On the other side of the coin, I take comfort when I finally crawl into bed and my wife has a gentle snore. I know that my snoring will not keep her from falling to sleep and I take comfort that she is getting some rest, as her illness over the past few years has given her so little of it.

ReplyDeleteFunnily Enough,when i worked in London I once got paid to be a subject in one of those sleep trials! They strapped a load of wires to my head & (sods law) I felt so uncomforable i didnt sleep a wink all night! (I still got paid though!)
