Friday 55 Flash Fiction # 109 Happy Holiday..

Patsy was so looking forward to the holiday her friends had arranged.

She'd never been on a plane, or been abroad, before.

"It'll be great, you'll love it", her friends told her.

Patsy bought bikinis, sundresses, sunglasses, flip-flops and suncream.

Imagine her disappointment when she arrived and discovered what

"On the piste really meant!

Friday 55 Flash Fiction is brought to you by G-man (Mr Knowitall). The idea is you write a story in exactly 55 words. If you want to take part pop over and let G-man know when you've posted your 55.

  22. Well now you'd think that if her friends were buying Patsy her very first trip abroad that they would have sent her someplace warm! Though there's a lot to be said for the snow ... as long as you're saying it from inside by a roaring fire with a drink in your hand!
