"Every day for the past two weeks, he's quite handsome, perhaps he comes to see me!"
"Excuse me, can I help you at all?" she asked fluttering her eyelashes.
"Errm not really, to be honest I've no heating at home and I come here to keep warm" he said.

how's it with you today - we've had a couple of flurries, but managed to get the car out from under about a foot of snow - think it's gonna get worse over the weekend - double yuck!!

ReplyDeleteLOVE it! I must admit that I've actually done this, but it was a store rather than a library. When we first moved to Missouri, there was an ice storm and we didn't have heat for two days. I spent that second day in a store for HOURS. I swear I looked at EVERYTHING they had for sale... twice. hehe
